RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Subscription Tee Club
All subscription tees are final sale. These are exclusive designs made just for our members — we can't accept returns on subscription items. If your tee arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, reach out to us and we'll make it right. We've got you.
The Wild Side - Branded Line (Individual Purchases)
We want you to love what you get. If the size isn't right, we're happy to exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. We do not offer cash refunds — exchanges or store credit only. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement — no questions asked.
Cancellations
Subscription cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Once you've been billed for the month, that month's tee will ship and cannot be refunded.
